Verse translation: M. M. Pickthall (1930), public domain. Transcribed from https://sacred-texts.com/isl/pick/004.htm The primary English source is Sacred Texts' Pickthall transcription. Alim corroborates the restoration of the damaged and incomplete 4:12 and spelling repairs at 4:119, 4:135, 4:154, and 4:166; all changes are recorded in the audit. Pickthall's historical wording at 4:34 and 4:64 remains his translation; the editorial notes distinguish interpretation and Arabic sense. English word glosses: Quranic Arabic Corpus, Kais Dukes, 2009–2017. https://corpus.quran.com https://corpus.quran.com/license.jsp https://corpus.quran.com/terms.jsp This word-gloss dataset is distributed under GNU GPL version 3; see CORPUS-GPL-3.0.txt. The editable text and word-gloss JSON datasets are supplied in source-text. Changes: English glosses transcribed in verse:word order; grammatical labels removed; explanatory parentheses and punctuation retained. All 3747 Arabic words aligned. The language data remains distinct from editorial passage notes and AI images. Illustrations: generated with the built-in image tool. Prompts and saved paths are in surahs-8-3-image-prompts.json. All are imaginative interpretations or visual metaphors; no prophet or divine figure is depicted. WORD AID EDITORIAL CORRECTION English word hints follow the Quranic Arabic Corpus. Where the Corpus repeats a phrase across adjacent Arabic words, it is divided into individual word meanings for hover and audio; these editorial splits are recorded in the source audit. Brackets identify connective or grammatical senses that English does not translate separately. Retrieved Image labels and trailing layout dashes are removed; every cleanup is recorded alongside the phrase adaptations.
