  "notes": [
"The opening joins the nearness of the Hour with the moon’s splitting. Bukhari 4864 preserves a report of the sign during the Prophet’s lifetime. The illustration evokes the scriptural account rather than claiming modern photographic evidence.",
"The observers turn away from a sign and label it an illusion. The verse examines their response rather than the absence of something to consider. The following lines connect that refusal with desire and an eventual decision.",
"Denial follows desire, while every matter reaches a settled outcome. The contrast places immediate preference beside a consequence it cannot indefinitely postpone. The verse prepares the chapter’s repeated movement from warning toward an account.",
"Accounts carrying a warning have already reached the audience. The question is whether they will affect conduct. The earlier communities described later are therefore presented as lessons to receive, not simply stories to observe at a distance.",
"The wisdom is sufficient, yet the warning does not benefit those refusing it. The line distinguishes the value of a message from its reception. The messenger cannot force the attentive response that the chapter repeatedly invites.",
"The messenger is told to turn away as the account moves toward a terrible summons. The coming scene belongs to resurrection. The verse gives no earthly caller, route, or calendar date to identify in a reconstruction.",
"People emerge from graves with downcast eyes, compared with scattered locusts. The image conveys number and movement within the future scene. It is a comparison, not a claim that human beings become those insects.",
"The people hurry toward the summoner and recognize the Day’s difficulty. Their earlier ability to dismiss a warning is gone. The scene sets the final account beside the historical warnings that will now follow.",
"Noah’s people deny him, call him a madman, and drive him back. The narrative names hostility toward a messenger. The accusation belongs to that conflict and is not a diagnosis or a general statement about mental illness.",
"Noah calls upon his Lord after being overcome. The short appeal places his weakness and dependence at the center of the scene. The following response is narrated as divine help, not as strength he independently commands.",
"Pouring water comes from the opened heaven in the flood account. The image answers the preceding appeal for help. The chapter gives no exact ancient date or meteorological record by which to identify a modern storm.",
"Water also gushes from the earth, meeting the water from above. The scene emphasizes an appointed purpose in the narrative. It does not identify an excavated flood layer or provide a complete geographic map of the event.",
"Noah is carried on a vessel described through its planks and nails. These simple materials make the rescue concrete. The verse supplies neither exact dimensions nor an archaeological identification of a surviving ship.",
"The vessel moves under divine care as a response to the rejection Noah suffered. The language conveys protection within the narrative. The illustration shows waters and a ship without portraying the prophet or giving divine reality a physical form.",
"The rescue is left as a sign and followed by a question about remembrance. The point is reception of its lesson. The verse is not presented here as evidence that a particular modern object has been verified as the Ark.",
"The refrain asks the listener to consider the severity of punishment after warnings. It closes the flood account before the invitation to remember. The chapter joins consequence with prior communication rather than presenting judgment without a message.",
"The invitation to remember follows Noah’s story. The Quran is described as made accessible for that purpose. The question asks for a willing response, without implying that every interpretive difficulty can be resolved without learning or care.",
"The people of ‘Ad enter the sequence through their rejection of warnings. Their account will be brief and forceful. The chapter supplies no absolute date or named ruin that could establish an exact archaeological setting.",
"A raging wind is sent in the account of ‘Ad. The day is described by its continuing calamity rather than a calendar date. The verse does not identify every destructive wind as the same narrated judgment.",
"The people swept away are compared with uprooted palms. The comparison conveys the collapse of apparent strength. The illustration can show a devastated landscape and fallen trees while leaving human suffering unpictured in graphic detail.",
"The question about punishment and warnings returns after ‘Ad’s account. Its repetition asks the hearer to relate this story to the preceding one. Distinct events are gathered around the shared responsibility to respond.",
"After the account of the wind, the Quran’s accessibility to remembrance is repeated. The familiar wording creates a pause for response. A new historical example has given the same invitation a different immediate setting.",
"Thamud is introduced through the same pattern of refusal. The following verses reveal the objections voiced within that community. The passage names the people without assigning dates or identifying later monuments as their verified construction.",
"The opponents object to following one human being from among themselves. Status and familiarity become reasons to reject the message. Their words belong to the narrated dispute, not a reliable account of the messenger’s character.",
"The audience questions why the reminder should come to this one person and calls him a liar. The objection reveals resentment about who carries the message. It does not engage the responsibility the warning places upon them.",
"The reply announces that the accusation will be exposed. Tomorrow belongs to the sequence of this particular narrative. It is not an instruction to predict a date for judgment upon a present-day opponent.",
"The she-camel is sent as a test, with the warner told to watch and remain patient. The animal has a specific role in the story. Its illustration need not invent a precise ancient species or location.",
"Water is to be apportioned between the camel and the people, with each turn attended. The test reaches into a practical shared resource. The verse connects response to the sign with restraint in ordinary access and use.",
"The people call a companion who hamstrings the camel. The act violates the responsibility just described. The chapter does not give the man’s name here, and the illustration can convey the aftermath without showing graphic animal injury.",
"The recurring question follows the attack upon the camel. The placement connects a deliberate breach with the consequence being narrated. It asks the listener to remember the warning and shared obligation that preceded the act.",
"A single shout is followed by the image of dry material discarded by a cattle-fold builder. Apparent strength becomes something brittle and spent. The comparison is not a claim about an identified excavated enclosure.",
"The invitation to remember returns after Thamud’s story. Its repeated form gives continuity to a chapter containing several different communities. The hearer is again asked to move from knowing an account to receiving its lesson.",
"Lot’s people are introduced through rejection of warnings. Their account follows the established pattern while presenting its own circumstances. The verse gives no date or city name from which to fix an exact archaeological location.",
"A storm of stones is contrasted with the rescue of Lot’s family during the last part of the night. The sequence belongs to the narrated event. It is not tied to a modern calendar date or verified ruin.",
"The rescue is named as divine grace, with gratitude connected to reward. The line adds mercy to the preceding account of danger. It keeps the story from becoming only an image of destruction.",
"Lot had warned his people of the coming severity, but they disputed it. The sequence emphasizes communication before consequence. The verse does not describe an uninformed community encountering an unexplained event without any prior call.",
"The people seek Lot’s guests for an abusive purpose, and the narrative describes their sight being taken. The immediate scene concerns a threatening crowd and violated hospitality. It is not a warrant to harm any present-day group.",
"The decreed consequence arrives in the early morning of the story. The timing connects with the preceding rescue at night. It supplies narrative sequence rather than an absolute date that can be placed on a modern calendar.",
"The address to taste the consequence repeats the link with earlier warnings. It belongs within the narrated judgment. The reader is not authorized to imitate that punishment or decide another person’s final standing.",
"The Quran’s accessibility to remembrance is repeated once more. After the story’s severe images, the chapter again addresses its hearer directly. The invitation is to thoughtful reception, not passive fascination with the account’s dramatic events.",
"The warnings reach the house of Pharaoh, extending the sequence beyond the previous communities. The title identifies royal power without naming a particular ruler. The chapter supplies no dynasty, verified tomb, or identified mummy.",
"Pharaoh’s house denies the signs and is seized by the Mighty and Powerful. Human authority is set beside a power it cannot defeat. The brief account does not establish a detailed chronology of the Egyptian court.",
"The present audience is asked whether it is better protected than earlier deniers or holds a written exemption. The question challenges exceptionalism. The remembered accounts are brought directly into the listeners’ own sense of responsibility.",
"The opponents claim strength in their collective force. The next verse will overturn that expectation. The passage questions confidence built on numbers alone rather than identifying a contemporary army as the subject of the claim.",
"The promised rout reverses the preceding boast. Bukhari 4875 records the Prophet reciting this verse at Badr. That attributed later application is distinguished from an assertion that the whole chapter was first revealed at that battle.",
"The Hour is presented as the greater and more bitter encounter beyond earthly defeat. The verse keeps historical consequence from becoming the full account. Its date remains undisclosed, even while the promise is stated with certainty.",
"The guilty are described through error and a terrible condition in Pickthall’s rendering. The surrounding verses concern the final account. This is not a method for diagnosing illness or identifying hidden guilt in people around us.",
"The scene intensifies the warning of the Fire. It belongs to the chapter’s revealed account of judgment, rather than a human sentence to enact. The artwork can convey severity through landscape without graphic bodily suffering.",
"All things are created according to measure. The statement places the preceding accounts within divine order and knowledge. The following record of deeds also retains responsibility, so the verse should not be used to excuse harmful conduct.",
"The command is compared in swiftness with the blink of an eye. The comparison expresses the absence of difficulty for divine power. It is not a physical measurement or a timetable for an earthly process.",
"The audience is reminded of earlier counterparts who were destroyed and asked whether anyone will remember. The question renews the chapter’s central invitation. Historical distance is not allowed to make the lesson irrelevant to present conduct.",
"Everything they did is recorded. The statement shifts attention from dramatic outcomes to the conduct that preceded them. It emphasizes comprehensive accountability without giving human observers access to a complete record of another person’s life.",
"Both small and great matters are written down. The detail prevents responsibility from being limited to spectacular events. Ordinary choices remain within the account, even when they attract little attention from the people around us.",
"The closing scene turns toward gardens and rivers for the righteous. Welcome stands beside the chapter’s severe warnings. The landscape belongs to the promised hereafter, without an earthly location or a claim of exact visual reconstruction.",
"The final verse places the welcomed people in an honored, secure position with the Mighty King. It concludes the account in favor rather than fear alone. The divine title remains unpictured, with no earthly throne-room substitute."
